Keep evidence private
Receipts, booking numbers, addresses and account identifiers belong in a secure conversation with the business or dispute body, not in a public post.
Describe roles, not people
Write “the support agent” or “my manager” rather than publishing a private person’s name, handle or workplace details.
Check images carefully
Screenshots can expose email addresses, map locations, QR codes and notification previews. Crop and redact before sharing.
Avoid accidental identification
A unique combination of date, location, role and event can identify someone even without a name. Remove details that are not necessary to understand the issue.
