Privacy

We store your email address, pseudonymous handle, password hash, session identifiers, posts, reactions, saves, comments, reports, and basic security logs. We use this data to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Complnr. We use PostHog for anonymous screen views and successful product-action counts. Complaint text, searches, email addresses and passwords are not sent to analytics. We do not record sessions or use advertising trackers. You can disable usage analytics in your profile, and we respect Do Not Track. We do not sell personal data. You can request access or deletion through the in-product legal complaint process while the beta support desk is being established.
