Automated checks look for some personal identifiers and serious allegations in posts and comments. These checks can miss things or flag harmless content. Keyword-flagged allegations in business-category complaints and their replies are held for a moderator to review before publication. Other categories are not held by this keyword rule. Identifying-detail checks and reporting still apply. Every complaint can be reported for personal information, harassment, threats, or false business reviews. Reports enter a review queue, and operators can publish or remove content. A check or review does not guarantee that content is accurate or safe. Keep private details out of your posts and use the report button when something needs attention.
