Make the complaint useful
A useful business complaint explains what happened, what you expected, what you tried and what outcome would resolve the issue.
Keep evidence off the public page
Save invoices, booking details, account numbers and correspondence for a private support or dispute channel. Public posts should contain only the details needed to understand the experience.
Update the outcome
If the business provides a fair resolution, mark the complaint resolved. The recovery can be as useful to other customers as the original problem.
