Privacy

We store your email address, pseudonymous handle, password hash, session identifiers, posts, reactions, saves, comments, reports, and basic security logs. We use this data to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Complnr. We use PostHog for anonymous screen views, successful product-action counts, coarse country and device information, landing pages, referring domains and campaign tags. Complaint text, searches, email addresses, passwords, raw IP addresses and raw browser identifiers are not sent to analytics. We do not record session replays or use advertising trackers. You can disable usage analytics in your profile, and we respect Do Not Track. We do not sell personal data. You can request access or deletion through the in-product legal complaint process while the beta support desk is being established.
